Our service philosophy
We believe serviced offices should be just that - serviced. That's why at The Works you will get the following services included with your monthly Licence Fee as standard:
- Reception duties, including call answering and visitor greeting
- Post delivered directly to your office every morning
- Free tea, coffee, milk and filtered water
- Daily office cleaning
- Office maintenance
- Security
We don't have a 'one-solution suits all' attitude, so we will tailor our remaining services to suit your requirements. We can set up your telephone system to include pick-up groups or programme them to divert to your mobile if that's what you need. If you have a specific request regarding your IT set-up then we will listen and propose a solution to match.
Our costs
Our fixed costs are split between all our clients, so everyone benefits from the economies of scale. However, for specific extra services we may ask you to pay more to cover the cost as it wouldn't be fair for all our other clients to subsidise them. You'll be pleased to know this applies the other way too!
Most importantly, you will know exactly what is included with your Licence Fee and the prices for anything that isn't before you sign.
