Communal areas
Some serviced offices provide an office but don't take into consideration that there comes a time when it is good to move away from the desk for a bite to eat or to chat with colleagues. Things are different here at The Works where we can boast of over 2,000 sq ft of communal space.
Above our extensive reception, we have the mezzanine breakout area which is popular for informal meetings over a coffee, or a place to eat lunch away from the office and catch up with other clients. A vending machine is available on site with a selection of cold drinks, chocolate, and crisps.
Our kitchen facilities are also impressive, with two per floor equipped with kettle, microwave, toaster, refrigerator, water cooler and dishwasher. We also provide tea, coffee and milk free of charge in every kitchen.
